Job for Management System Coordinator in Poland

For our Client, manufacturing plant, located near Sulęcin in Lubusz region we are looking for candidate for the position:


Management System Coordinator

A person on this position will be responsible for:
• Maintaining and constant improving the Management System, according to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 standards
• Planning and conducting the internal audit control
• Coordinating actions, connected to Management System functioning in all of the areas of company’s activity
• Supervising, verification and acceptance of the system documentation
• Training the employees.
• Monitoring and analyzing company's activity assessment indicators, paying special attention to quality and natural environment protection.
• Providing the accordance with legal requirements, concering natural environment protection.
• Reporting within the scope of natural environment protection (e.g. wastes, emission, packages).
• Preparing reports about System functioning for the Board.
• Representing the company during external audits (clients, certification) and controles.

From the Candidates for this position we demand:
• Higher education In engineering (preferably quality management specialty)
• Knowledge of English, allowing having a free, fluent conversation
• Detailed knowledge within the scope of ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards. Knowledge of 13485 medical standard is also welcome.
• Acquaintance with requirements of the standards from the VDA series, especially VDA 6.3
• Experience with working on a similar position (at least 2 years)
• Acquaintance with basic quality tools (inter alia APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA).
• Knowledge within the scope of audit issues, confirmed by the suitable certificate and experience.
