Job for Startup Engineer in Poland

For our Client, manufacturing plant, located near Sulęcin in Lubusz region we are looking for candidate for the position:

Startup Engineer

A person on this position will mainly be responsible for:
• Implementing Project, according to technical assumptions, prearranged schedule and budget
• Coordinating project tasks, compatible with external procedures APQP
• Preparing a technical documentation as part of implemented project
Designing the production processes, contacting with suppliers in order to provide with demanded technology
• Training the team, according to the requirements of the new products/processes
• Supporting the development and taking care of the entire System of Project Management

From the Candidates for this position we demand:
• higher technical education (major or training course in management of projects or production is welcome)
• experience of at east 3 years on a similar position (obliga tory condition)
• knowledge of English, allowing having a free, fluent conversation
• knowledge of problems, such as: APQP, FMEA, Lean, Project Management, Risk management, ISO/TS 16949 standard (knowledge of ISO 13485 standard is welcome)
